Home Story: Rambler Addition

STEP 1: MISSION

When a young couple expecting their first child, along with a grandmother moving in, found their existing home too small and outdated, they knew it was time for a change. The outdated kitchen and inefficient use of space didn't meet the needs of their growing family.

To create a more functional and spacious environment, the home underwent a comprehensive remodel. A new primary suite was added to provide the couple with a private retreat. Walls were removed to open up the living area, and the kitchen was expanded to accommodate modern appliances and provide ample space for family gatherings.

The entire home received a complete refresh. New trim, paint, and doors updated the aesthetic, while modern lighting fixtures added a contemporary touch. A new heating and cooling system was installed to ensure year-round comfort. The result is a beautifully renovated home that perfectly blends style, comfort, and functionality, ready to welcome the new baby and grandma with open arms.
