Save the Split-level

We have just started a campaign that addresses many of the issues that this home presents many of which we have called out in this video. The home we are currently featuring is early stages of the design journey. We will continue to update as this project moves forward. We are also working with a local expert real estate agent and will be providing stats and data on the challenges of the current split level home. And how renovation and/or addition can bring tremendous value.

The split level featured below was completed several years ago. A large addition was added to the back of the home and a third story was added over a portion of the existing house.
