Home Story: Build in Phases

Mission

This early 1900s home, located on a spacious Rose Hill lot, had undergone several additions and renovations over the years, resulting in a disjointed flow and functionality. In 2010 an awesome young couple, having just welcomed their first baby, recognized the need for a significant remodel to accommodate their growing family.

Phase 1: Completed 2011

The project began with a comprehensive teardown, leaving only the foundation and floor intact. This allowed for a complete reimagining of the property, including the relocation of the driveway and front door. Two additions were made to enhance the home's layout and usability.

Phase 2: Completed 2015

A detached three-car garage was constructed, offering ample storage space and improving the overall utility of the property.

Phase 3: Construction Summer 2024

The next phase involves building a covered outdoor pavilion, providing a safe and enjoyable space for the now teenage kids and their friends to gather. This pavilion will be perfect for year-round BBQs and bonfires, enhancing the family's outdoor living experience.
