Home Story: Super Split

Mission

These homeowners were ready to transform their boring, standard split-level house into a modern, unique retreat. They envisioned a primary suite haven and a large gathering room for enjoying time with their dogs, friends, and family. Big windows opening into a beautiful backyard oasis were essential to their dream home.

To achieve this vision, we added a third story and expanded the house by 1,800 square feet into the backyard. The result is a spacious, modern home filled with natural light and designed for comfort and entertainment.
